I was the same way. I felt soon misable I take Mirlax everyday now and it's better

Deanna my friend who had Rny 5 years ago said now that your going you should try sipping some prune juice whenever you feel bound up at least until your healed but she uses it on a regular.

Ain't that the truth. My husband doesn't really want to here the intricacies of my poop either, but I came out of the bathroom and high fived him. Yay for poop.
