I missed running. At my thinnest I could sprint to emergencies on the unit. I became quite speedy in a very short burst. Congrats on your record breaking time. Finding your way to move is so important.

You look amazing! my wls buddy Totally impressed with the running and I am just trying to get over my fears to walk a 5K. I am not sure what my problem is...LOL. Also laughing that your prize for the run was free food.

It seems every 5K I've ever done is loaded with junk food afterwards. The one I did before it had McDonald's chicken biscuits for the runners after the race. The one before that had boxes of Krispy Kreme donuts. thanks for your kind note :)
