Pouch capacity first week post op?
When things are very liquidy they kind of slide right through so you can eat more... doesn't mean you should. Also in the beginning when you are healing you can't feel the fullness... For me it changed about week 3, then I started feeling everything.

I was supposed to be having 8oz shakes at that point but it would take hours to get them down. Anything thicker, like yogurt, ricotta or cottage cheese, I'd have at 1/4-1/2c. I never tried cream of wheat or anything like that...
So on my plan week 2 is full liquids. My target is only two tablespoons of food or 1/2 cup of liquid during my 5 meals. My calorie goal is 500 or less. Based on this, I would say you did eat too much which is probably why your stomach hurts. You may not have stretched it, but it was overfull. I am averaging only about 300 calories total for the day with 25 grams of protein.
I haven't had my surgery yet but my dr. gave me the plan that I have follow from 3 days out until day 14 post -op. It is set up as follows:
B: 8am- 2 oz carnation no sugar added instant breakfast
8.30a- 4 oz plain coffee/tea
11.30am- 2 oz water
L: 12pm - 2 oz carnation no sugar added instant breakfast
12.30pm 4 oz crystal light
3pm - 4oz broth, 2oz flat ginger ale, 2 oz water
4pm- 4oz water
D: 6pm- 2 oz carnation no sugar added instant breakfast
6.30pm - 2 oz jello
9pm -4oz water
