I've been lurking here on OH for quite awhile and maybe posted once or twice.  I had my surgery on July 27th, just under two weeks ago.  I'm still trying to get a handle on organizing my intake:

B: Water with lemon Mio and my liquid vitamins and a chocolate protein shake with almond milk (4oz.)

L: Vanilla protein shake with almond milk (4oz.)

S: Iced coffee with skim milk and Splenda

D: Vanilla protein shake with almond milk (4oz.)

There is some farmer's soup that I might try, of course avoiding the solids, but having some of the broth, just for the salty part. I'm also drinking diet Snapple all day, too.  :-)
