I work in a small town that has its own creamery/cheese factory. I buy all my cheese there. Its delicious. At work and at home I have a small scale that I weigh out my 1 oz of cheese. My co-workers are so use to seeing me use our postal scales to weigh my portions they dont even make snarky comments anymore about it :)
Good morning OH peeps! My weekend consists of triathlons!! Surprise surprise ;) My kids have their very first triathlon tomorrow morning! I am one proud mama! I have a race on Sunday. It's Irongirl in Pleasant Prairie WI and it is always such a fun race. Lots of first time tri ladies and the support on the course is fantastic. I highly recommend the Irongirl series (they have them all over the US) for your first triathlon (cause I know you ALL want to do one!). I got a co-worker to join me this year. It will be her first triathlon and I am so freakin' excited for her!! I'll post pics on Monday :)

Sorry your shopping trip was a bust! At least you got to try on jeans that made your ass look great... that's a good feeling. My shopping trip was postponed until tonight so I can't wait... Friday night in a WalMart!!... joy, joy.
I have no weekend plans! I am the most boring person I know! My son finally brought my carpet cleaner home so I may tackle cleaning my home office/junk room floor... there is a litter pan in that room and I think someone, one of the cats or possibly the dog, has been peeing on the floor back there. Probably a protest move that the litter pan is not to their specifications or just being bratty! I honestly think it is the dog because it doesn't smell like cat pee. Maybe she is just having a sympathy pee when the cats are in the litter pan! Who knows! Don't think my house is a sty... I can just catch a whiff of pee every now and again in there. Other than that, I am going to swim and walk with Zoey... it is supposed to be a most splendid weekend, weather wise. I will be eating a little watermelon, though. One of the local farmers just brought a whole bunch up to our office for staff and clients, no charge. That's why I am glad that I moved to this office, small, mostly rural community that helps each other! Gotta love that!

L: Salad with 2 oz of deli smoked turkey, 1 cup of lettuce, 1 oz of no sugar added bread and butter pickles, 2 tablespoons of cucumber ranch dressing; if I am still hungry, I brought some red seedless grapes, too.
D: McDonald's Bacon Ranch Salad with grilled chicken... probably will only eat 1/2.
Snacks throughout day: 2 string cheeses, Lite and Fit strawberry greek yogurt.
Totals: Calories - 805, Protein - 80, Carbs - 60 (I added 1 cup of grapes, just in case I eat them), Sugars - 43, Fats - 31

Happy Friday everyone! No pictures from me since I've not had surgery yet. Had a great workout at body sculpt this morning and I am so ready to get out and tackle the mountain tomorrow. I don't like to shop at all but a good friend at work brought me 2 bags of clothes to hang on to for when I need smaller sizes. I'm counting down the days until my appointment Wednesday.

My favorite kind of weekend is the kind where I have no set plans - yaay! It's going to be a lovely summer day here in Southern California and I'll maybe enjoy working in the yard a bit, walking with my dog Hopie, and catching up on recorded shows from the week.

Here's my photo Friday Pic... At my 1/2 way point I treated myself to a diamond ring from my favorite jeweler and promised myself I could go back for another piece there when I hit 100 pounds lost. Well - as you can see from my ticker, I'm not quite there yet, but close! Anyway - I found out the jewelry store is closing due to retirement - I was crushed! So, all their stock was going fast, and what they had left was 40-70% off, so I HADDA do it. I bought this 20" gold box chain and onyx pendant (it's an estate piece, like the diamond ring - I love those!) and got a really good deal (saved over $300). I know it's cheating to wear it before I hit the 100 pounds lost mark, but I can't just let it sit all alone in my jewelry box, now can I?
Also - 6 months ago there was no way a 20" chain would've fit around my neck, so that's something to celebrate!
