What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Happy Friday guys! This weekend is going to be busy busy busy! We need to harvest the honey before the bees start eating it; if we don't get it now we won't be able to harvest again in the fall. The wet weather in June and July really screwed us because everything is so late. We usually extract at the beginning of July but since they weren't able to be as active as usual, we had to wait. Aaannnd, my baby boy is leaving on Sunday for his first ever week of sleep away camp. I'm not ready, in more ways than one. LOL Many things need to be purchased, labeled and packed. And I need to steel myself for dropoff so I don't breakdown. LOL And then there's the fact that my husband thinks he needs a care package for every day he's there. Did I mention this camp is like 15 miles away? We can't visit or anything, but it's not like he's going to be on the other side of the world.
Oh, my shopping trip was a bust. There were a few things that I liked and carried around for a couple of hours, LOL, but I couldn't pull the trigger on anything. There was an awesome pair of Rachel Roy jeans on clearance that made my ass look fantastic, but I figured by the time I was able to wear them they'd be too big. Oh, well. I had fun trying stuff on, anyway.

B: coffee, Friendship Fit to Go 4% cottage cheese and a 1/2 oz. of coconut almonds
S: 34 degree crackers w/ 2 wedges of Laughing Cow
L: corned beef and string cheese rollups, pork rinds and a dill pickle half. MMmmmm...pickles.
D: I'm havin' me a fancy hors d'oeuvres tray! Smoked oysters, sharp cheddar, a few vegetable crackers and bell pepper strips with a TB of hummus.

Oh, and my long national nightmare is over; I have my internet and dish back. LMAO And let it be known that I was not the one who cracked. Although, my husband was like, "I understand the need for the internet and I know you have that show coming on that you want to watch". Yeah, he did it all for me. Suuuure he did.
But still, internet!
