Worried but know I shouldn't be.....
I am 2.5 weeks out. I initially lost 10 pounds the first two weeks, nothing since Monday. I know this is normal. But my pouch seems to be totally normal. By that I mean I have no nausea, haven't vomited, have had small amounts of pork loin, and chicken chopped to a pulp and moistened with gravy and no issues. I can eat a whole soft scrambled egg with no issues. I have had no issues with any food as I am advancing my diet.
I have no feeling yet in my stomach, I measure everything to 1/4 cup but never feel full or tight when I eat. My nose does run on the right side when I approach the 1/4 cup, then I stop. That said, I don't feel hunger either.
I can drink large quantities of liquids, ie... 30+ ounces in an hour. I accidentally gulped my water, I am a water addict, and nothing happened. Is it because my nerves are still not healed?

I don't know what the cause is, but I can tell you that I had pretty much an identical experience, right down to the worrying that something was wrong because I did fine with every food I tried. The only difference is my hunger never went away...I was hungry all the time through my liquid and pureed phases.
When I was cleared to try dense meats at week 7, I had my first "too full" episode of near-vomiting (still haven't actually vomited since surgery though, woohoo!). I realized REALLY quickly that 2 oz. of solid chicken fills me up a LOT more than 2 oz. of shredded meat in sauce (since the liquid sauce accounts for some of the weight). I know it's hard, but be patient -- you're doing everything right by measuring while you still can't trust your pouch, and if the rest of your experience is like mine, you'll move on to solid foods and finally realize "oh yeah, I DID have surgery!" It's a really good reminder to always aim for dense protein first once you're fully healed, because that's what's going to fill you up.
You're lucky that you haven't had issues with any food. A friend of mine who had VSG last December still can't eat shredded chicken, which I've been eating as a puree since week 3. It's much better in the long run -- you'll have a lot more choices. Good luck, and I hope your recovery continues to go smoothly!
