I was crying SO HARD this morning on the scale.  My daughter came running in and was worried I had gained or something.  She cried when she saw it had changed for the better.

I love using my stove's griddle to grill shrimp! It's my favorite thing to do with shrimp. Put them on a skewer with some salt & pepper and a seasoning of the day. Emiril's is really good. It's amazing how many shrimp is 3oz too!

EDIT: It's also really easy to throw on a veggie on hand to cook with it! Last week I did zucchini and they were DIVINE!

I'm not a shrimp lover (or lobster, but i can't get enough crab) so I am taking some advice and trying out shrimp now that my tastes have changed after surgery.  I'm hoping they are ok cause they are packed full of protein.
