I finally got some Fairlife milk... of course, I got chocolate, because I just had to... that's why! Anyway, now that I know what store has it, I will definitely be buying more... okay, reduced fat, white!

But, the chocolate is good... and it doesn't make me dump so that's good. It is a nice, rich, decadent treat for every now and then. Lucky for me, my son is at home and will slug it down and just leave me a little... gotta love those grown kids who come home!

I haven't tried the chocolate, probably wont either.  I'm not much of a sweets fan.  Never have been, and its worse now after surgery that everything tastes SUPER SWEET!!

I am glad you got to try it though! I can only find it at my local Super Walmart

I had a really rough night last night. Went to lay down to go to bed right on time (which for me is 1am) and tossed and turned for over 3.5 hours! At around 3am I took some of my herbal sleep remedy and doubt that it really did much. Meanwhile I am trying not to slap my husband out of irritation because he's sleeping/snoring so soundly next to me!  Insomnia is pretty common for me - considering bringing it up with my PCP. Do any of y'all take anything for it? As much as I want to avoid being on regular Rx's, I might have to make an exception in this case...

Anyway - today we're going grocery shopping!  I'm excited to get some of the ingredients needed to try out the yummy recipes i've been stealing from you guys!

I take Ambien occasionally!  It is the only thing that helps me sleep.  I take maybe 1 every two weeks or so.

I am lucky that not being able to sleep has never been an issue for me. I know my husband has taken prescription meds and doesn't feel real wonderful the next day but he has also used Melatonin and it has helped. But, I think you have to take that a while for it to kick in.

Hope you are able to get some sleep! And, your protein count is awesome!!

I suffer from insomnia as well.  Last night I think I fell asleep earlier than normal.  Around 3am.  usually I don't fall asleep until about 4 or 5am.  I just lay in bed wide awake.  Then my husband gets up at 630, and I am up by 8.  I am hoping the exercise will help to make me go to bed earlier.  The more I do the more I will be exhausted.  I have to remind myself that I am not allowed any naps during the day.

I take an Over the counter Tylenol PM when I can sleep in on weekend just because who wants to wake up at 5 am when you don't have too, and my body gives no argument that it is time to get up if I don't.  They work great for me other than a dry mouth in the am, I feel no other side effects.  Ive used the generic also... still good.

Losing parents is rough... we are all little kids at heart when it comes to out parents. Missing my Mom for 30+ years and my dad 15+.{{hugs}}

Shopping is some good therapy and I love me some Macy's clearance racks. And I love with Macy's you can return things anytime no matter how long it has been. My last haul I bought some Michael Kors Black dress pants orig. $80 for $22. I bought 2 sizes as I won't wear them until the fall and wasn't sure what size I would be. I will return the pair I don't wear.
