Had a very busy but productive weekend.

Pre-surgery diet

B: 1/4 whole grain English muffin, 1/2cup melon, 3/4 egg substitute

L: 1 slice whole grain bread, 3oz turkey, 1 slice low fat cheese

D: .33 sweet potato, 3.5oz turkey sausage, 3/4cup grilled veggies, 2cups salad, 1 tbsp. low cal Italian dressing

S: 6oz l&f yogurt

Totals: Cals: 875 Protein:82 Carbs: 72 Fat: 26
