Good afternoon! Just had to share this - I went soaring in a glider yesterday! This is something I have dreamed of and wanted to do for years and could not do because of the weight restrictions. It was just GREAT - beautiful, serene, and fun! What are things you would love to do, but weight has been a barrier?
WOW, you look great!! My first modest goal is to bicycle 'Ride the Rockies' in June 2016. But something I never thought I would do and both of my daughter have done is to skydive. Not sure if I will be able to do that even when I lose my weight. Next is to buy a wet suit and learn to scuba with my sister.

You are brave, Liz. I completed a couple daring feats this summer--once only dreams, too: 1) rode the Alpine Slide at Spirit Mountain in Duluth, MN 2) got a certificate proving I climbed a Fire Tower in Bemidji, MN. The last thrill to complete before fall is floating down the Mighty Mississippi River on a blow-up mattress. I've been dropping off my DD's upstream and picking them up downstream for years. I told them this year I'm floating with. They can't believe I'm interested. I can't believe they are surprised.
