best shampoo not to loose hair, also vitamins

What is the best, don't care about cost shampoo/comditioner to maintain hair growth, also what about biotin does anyone sell disolvable or liquid?  What vitamins do we need post op?  Can we get them disolvable or liquid or is a pill ok

OK so I've just now found the search button LOL, ordered the vitamin patches as they are on sale, also got chewables, still need suggestions on hair issues

Nothing will help hair loss. You just have to give it time. Special shampoo, biotin, etc etc won't help. Save your money.

There are no products or magic portions that will stop or prevent shedding.  If you take biotin, there can be some ugly side effects such as hair growing where you DON'T want it.

The best advice is to get a different hairstyle if the shedding becomes noticeable.  My started around the fourth month and lasted until the ninth month.  Now my hair is back to normal.  You just have to bite the bullet and wait it out.  It doesn't happen to everyone, but it seems to happen to many people after WLS (or child birth)

Omg no kidding! Tom Selleck himself would have been envious of the 'stache I managed to grow while taking biotin. It was no bueno. 

Me, too! Mustache and hair on the lower half of my cheeks...  So I always have facial bleach on hand...

Hair loss comes after a traumatic event to your body. General anesthesia,drastic loss of calories,and hormone changes equals some hair loss. Save your money for clothes,scarfs, and really good haircuts.

It's only temporary. It's your body talking to ya.

Hair loss is inevitable.  Keep healthy fats in your diet.... it helped me a bit...
