I've got a pretty typical 14 year old son.  He doesn't notice a whole lot unless it's connected to his Xbox or teenage girls.  LOL

Last night after I got home from work I changed into shorts and a t-shirt.  When I walked out of my room he said, "Wow, mom! I can really tell you've lost weight."  Of course I gave him a big hug for noticing and then he told me that it was easier for him to put his arms around me.

Having this surgery is one of the best decisions of my life!

I never said it would be easy. I said it would be worth it.

OMG, my son did that yesterday when I was wearing a sundress. He is 10, so Xbox and a few girls are what occupy him now. It broke my heart! Our kids are awesome when we need it the most, but don't realize we need it!!
