What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Laundry seems to multiply at my place too! Is it like rabbits? And then the sock trolls come out and steal my socks leaving me with odd pairs.
Today is a major meeting day at work so that will keep me busy for a while, then errands at lunch time and back to my same old same old routine from my desk.
B: Premier Vanilla Shake with decaf instant coffee and 2 packets of Stevia in the Raw, 1 boiled egg 3 small slices of bacon.
S: Decaf coffee with Walden Farms Coffee Creamer and 2 packets of Stevia in the Raw.
L: 3 ounces canned chicken breast mixed with 1/2 ounce Walden Farms Ranch Dressing and pinch of Coleman's Dry Mustard, 3 ounces cherry tomatoes from my plants, 1/2 cucumber sliced to hold the chicken.
S: CarbMaster yogurt - Strawberry Banana
D: 3 ounces grilled chicken breast, 1/4 cup green beans 2 ounces cauliflower "mashed potatoes".
S: (if I need it) 1ounce Pacific Gold Beef Jerky
S: Premier Vanilla Shake with decaf instant coffee with 2 pumps sugar free torani caramel syrup over ice (this is my treat at night... I sit on the back patio and watch the stars out over the hills and listen to the frogs and crickets with Diva my Toy Poodle snuggled up to me).
Calories: 741 Protein: 121g Carbs: 17g Sugar: 10g Fat: 21g (Without the jerky)
I have 64 ounces of water to get through today plus 2 VitaRain Vitamin waters and 1 Isopure Zero Carb Apple Mellon pre-mixed bottled drink

I love having paper plates and disposable cups in the house. LOVE. I would make everyone eat with plastic utensils, too, if I thought I could get away with it. LOL
Good morning. I am running off to a meeting, so just a brief drive by. I'm with you AV. My least favorite chore is unloading the dishwasher, which is crazy since it takes only minutes. In fact, I have a dishwasher with a clean load right now that I have been ignoring for a full day.

Hope everyone has a great day. I have a hair appointment this afternoon, and I will get my hair color refreshed. Yay! It is so hard to keep red from fading, which means I have to had it attended to pretty often. A pain, but I love the color.

Haha, I am a freak and love cleaning my house. Sometimes I think I'd be happier if I quit my professional job and became someone's personal maid. I just find it so satisfying!
I am 8 days out and generally having a pretty easy time getting everything in, but late afternoons can be hard to force the liquids... Today's plan (on track so far!):
7am- 4oz Propel Zero
8am- 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
9:30am- 12oz water
12pm- 8oz Ensure Active Clear Protein (Peach)
1:30pm- 12oz herbal tea
3pm- 5.3oz Non-fat Vanilla Chobani Greek
4:30pm- 16oz Diet Ocean Spray juice
8pm- 8oz water
9pm- 1/4c fat free ricotta

Nice plan.... Never heard of Ensure clear protein, is it any good?

Hi, I found the Ensure Clear Protein at the grocery store. It's definitely better tasting than Isopure, but I wouldn't say it's...good... It comes in two flavors: Peach and Blueberry Pomegranate. It only has 8 grams of Protein in 10 Fl oz so I have been adding unflavored protein when I need to.

I am with you on the emptying the dishwasher and folding the laundry. It used to be my son's chore to empty it, now he's off and married, Oh well. I do have a housekeeper/cleaner who has come once a month on and off over the last 5 years or so. Living in a 2 story house by myself I never get the whole thing clean at once, so enjoy when she leaves and the whole thing is clean. It also forces me to put things in their home and organize so she can clean. That being said... my favorite thing she does is fold my laundry and organize it in my closet. I have one of the closet systems so I have drawers and shelves in there. It is so gorgeous when she is done, I think I could give paid tours to revel in the awesomeness....hahaha
