Hello
Welcome back. If there is anything specific we can do to help you out -- advice, encouragement, or a kick in the ass if you need one -- just let us know.
You are definietly not alone in needing to lose some regain.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
I have been to one support meeting. I prefer OH. I can read for hours, or only a couple of minutes---when I need help, or when I can be of help.

OMG.
You all made me cry. It's been so hard lately without my Samantha; she's my biggest cheerleader and asks me the hard questions and keeps me on an even keel.
A lack of support makes it so hard to continue with this lifestyle change.
I'm asking, begging, you all to help me keep on track.
Thank you all,
Susan
Susan, welcome back! I have dealt with regain too - and have lost 25 of 35 lbs. regained.
It CAN be done! There is a lot of "regain talk" every so often on the Grads forum, and also a Back on Track group here on OH. It's tough. It's slow. But it CAN be done and I am so thankful I got hold of it before it became way more than 35.
SUSAN---there are a million subjects I know NOTHING about, but weight regain/reloss/regain/reloss is NOT one of them! I don't care how far how you are. IMHO, the whole honeymoon thing is a crock. If you WANT to lose the weight badly enough, and you don't have a TRUE physical surgical malfunction, you CAN CAN CAN CAN relose that weight....Will it fall off, as you eat Snickers and Fritos, while rolling around, on the water bed, watching a "Sons of Anarchy" marathon? Well...no...BTDT...But, that tool is there, and you CAN lose it!!!
Online support is da bomb, as it is 24/7...but it's also really easy to lie to us, and hide behind your keyboard. If you can't find an IRL group, to suit your needs, START ONE. It doesn't have to be an "official" group. Just post something, on FB, or somewhere, and meet up at Starbucks, or the park-NOT at a full scale restaurant. I've had one group where we met at the cafeteria at Ikea--LOTS of walking just to FIND the cafeteria, in that huge store. It's hard to get out of your comfort zone...but..when you do..I bet you will find LOTS of locals, who are in exactly the shape you are-physically AND mentally!!
As always, WE ARE HERE !
