Hello
It's been over a year since I was last on here but I'm in the process of taking my life back so being accountable to what i eat each day is part of that.
I've set a goal of losing the 35 pounds that I've gained over the past 10 months from eating wrong, stress and not exercising.
I bought a new food scale and measuring cups to keep me motivated since I backslide at the drop of a hat.
I moved into an area that doesn't have a wls support group except ones that are sponsored by individual doctors/hospitals OR they are where I can't get to them (I don't currently have a car). That is no excuse though, so I'm taking back my life. I'm going to lose that horrible 35 pounds and start exercising again.
