Hi all!  I hope everyone had a great weekend.  Mine was super mellow, but I still managed to get a bunch of stuff done.  I went to Pilates, bought some plants and vegetables for my planter boxes and planted them, had a pedicure (yay!). did a little shopping at Nordstrom and Bridgeport Village ( an outdoor mall in the Portland area) and had dinner with friends.  I also finished the last season of "House of Cards" and started in on the new season of "Orange is the New Black."  So, it was a weekend where I did only what I wanted to do.  It is all about me, after all!

AV, no internet?  I am having a hard time wrapping my brain around that one.  No Netflix?  How do you survive? 

Time Since Surgery:  8 months

B:  Egg Beater Omelette with low fat mozzarella and bacon crumbles

S: 1 oz. beef jerky, grapes and cherries

L:  2-1/2 ounces of fresh grilled tuna, shredded with olive oil, capers, kalamata olives and onions with 6 34 degrees crackers

S:  Light and Fit Greek Yogurt - Passion Fruit

D:  3 oz. grilled prawns

Totals:  Calories 639, Protein 71, Carbs 47, Fat 20, Sugar 36

B: premier vanilla protein shake with decaf instant coffee; 1 egg muffin (egg, cheese and herbs baked in a muffin pan)

S: 12 marcona almonds, kirkland vitarain Zero vitamin water.

L: the meat and cheese from a small lunchable (I couldn't get to the grocery store this weekend and this was all I had)

Welcome, and glad you're here and taking control.  Visit us on this thread and post daily.  It really will help keep you accountable, as well as giving you great menu ideas.  Glad you're back.
