Can a vet look over my supplement list and make sure I am not missing something?

I am sorry for the run together list.  When I copied it it was all spaced on different lines.

Your calcium dose is lower than what the ASMBS recommends (1500mg or more). Also, are you dividing the calcium up into three doses?  We can only absorb about 500mg at a time.

Other than the calcium, it looks fine for beginning doses, but recognize that you may need to adjust your dosages based on your lab results.

I am dividing it up.  I realized that about the dose after I ordered it.  I will be getting a different Calcium Citrate after this 30 day supply is out.

Don't take your levothyroxine any time near the calcium as it may block the absorption of the levothyroxine.  Happened to me.
