8 Years Out, Whitish Grey Pasty Diarrhea

I'm calling the doctor tomorrow. Please no flaming as I am already humiliated and miserable.
RNY in 2007, got to goal, slow moderate regain, Labs always been pretty good or easily remedied.
Two weeks ago, sudden bout of watery diarrhea, and I keep thinking it has gone away, but now have pale, pasty to watery diarrhea. No nausea, otherwise feel okay.
Obviously not a common post RNY thing, but anyone have a clue? Helpful responses will help me sleep until I can call doc in the morning.

Thank you for responding. Nope, no gall bladder for nearly twenty years.

No gall bladder for more than twenty years. I'll call the doctor add son add the office opens. Thank you for responding!
Stool color varies with different foods, some medications also alter color, such as Ibuprofen among others.
Issues within the biliary system; gallbladder, liver, ect tend to be the reason for pale clay pasty stool if food and medications are ruled out, and it could be something simple and minimal.
Make an appointment with your doctor.

Misty, thank you for the feedback. BRAT diet has soothed things somewhat, and I'm calling the doctors' office the moment they open.
Hi Sally,
my mom was right! I eliminated half and half and reg milk and switched to soy, almond and lactaid milk. I'm 50% better!
i also realized that certain foods make me sick like cornmeal for example. can no longer tolerate tortilla chips of any kind cause they all have it!
Its still a learning thing but my stomache has gotten more sensitive over time since the surgery.

White stool is often caused by lack of bile. Since your gallbladder is already gone, you may have a blocked bile duct,bilio-pancreatic limb obstruction or liver issue. White stool is definitely a reason to see a doctor as soon as possible.
