D: DH is Grilling! Asparagus and 1/2 5oz Fillet Mignon
S: Protein Powder + 1c Unsweetened Soy Milk
E: Planning a 30m walk after dinner.

On pre-surgery diet:
B: 1/2 whole grain English muffin, 1 1/2 eggs, .75 nectarine
L: 1 slice whole grain bread, 3 oz lean beef, 1/4 cup cottage cheese
S:15 almonds
D: 3 oz grilled chicken breast, 2 cups salad w/tomato, 1 tbsp light Italian dressing, 1 cup grilled squash
S: 4oz d&l yogurt
Cals: 833 Carbs: 60 Protein: 77 Fat:32
Exercise: work out w/5lb weights. Not much yet due to fracture in knee and arthritis in other knee. Hoping to get to the pool more often as weight comes off and easier to walk.
