I get mine atthe Farmer's Market too :(  So many small creameries around here (ya know it is the land of cheese).  However, you can order them online Wisconsin Cheese Market

I think cheese curds are mostly a "local to you" thing.  Around me there's Yancey's Fancy and River Rat.  Macadam makes them, too.

HELL YA!  I had a couple fried cheese curds for lunch (made sure to log them) and they were the best I have ever had!!  I am sharing your addiction lately!

Good morning everyone.  It is a gorgeous day today in Portland.  Sunny and a reasonable temperature.  Just about perfect.  I am so looking forward to this weekend.  With the exception of Pilates, I don't have a single thing planned that I have to do.  I have declared it an "all about me" weekend.  I'm thinking a little shopping at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and a pedicure.

Time since surgery:  8 months

B:  Egg Beater Omelette with light mozzarella, tomatoes and bacon bits

S:  Light and Fit Greek - Strawberry Cheesecake

L:  Lentil salad, 1-1/2 oz grilled chicken thigh and 3/4 oz. flank steak

S:  Pistachio THINaddictives and wedge of Laughing Cow cheese

D:  2-1/2 oz filet mignon 

S:  1/2 cup FF cottage cheese

W/V:  in process

E:  Pilates

Totals:  Calories 721, Carbs 39 (yay!), Protein 76, Fat 28, Sugar 21

I love Nordstrom's.  We don't have one in Wisconsin yet, our first opens October 23rd!!  SO EXCITED

I am sitting at work today wishing I was still on vacation, but I gotta say it is less stressful and more relaxing being here (what a weird thing to say...).  Anyways my diet is so much better when Im working..., here we go

L-3 oz pulled pork, A piece of lettuce & tomato.

S2@ 20 almonds

D Haven't got a clue but that taco pie sounds good!

W/V Good general direction, but need more...
