Since the computers are being silly today, I have a questions. How do you like someone's post? I swear I have clicked everywhere I can click.

B-open face egg white delight

S1-grapes and cottage cheese

L-tuna salad

S2-jello temptations key lime

D-taco pie---oh my goodness so glad I tried it!

S3-jello again

Good morning, down at the bottom of the post (by the reply and such) on the far right there should be one that says "Like" you just click your mouse on that and it should work :)

I don't see a "like" button on anyone's post. I just have the left hand buttons. I went through my settings to see if I had disabled it somehow and can't find anything. But thanks for letting me know where I should be looking!

Every once in awhile I notice the like button will disappear on a whole post....OH has it glitches. You may see it tomorrow.

Good morning!  Ah, technology can be so moody.  Gotta love glitches.  My son has his first cross country race tonight.  I'm a nervous mama.  I guess this is good practice for 2 weeks from now when both my son and daughter do their first triathlons!!  

Time since surgery: 1 year

B: Country style ribs and coffee with cream

S: 1/2 cranberry nut muffin at meeting (I couldn't resist)

L: Green chili bacon cheeseburger no bun (lunch out with friend)

S: Iced Coffee with cream

D: More ribs 

Post workout: EAS Carb Control Shake

S: String cheese

W/V: Started

E: 40 min run and 30 min swim

Totals: Calories 1351 (HIGH), Protein 92, Carbs 32, Fat 93

Good luck to your son!!! I am so impressed with cross country runners. I used to love watching them run while waiting for my son at football practice. They make it look so easy and they always look so serene. Must be that runner's high!

Good morning!  Still unsure about the internet usage policy so stuck posting from my phone. My menu is a repeat from yesterday, swapping out beef for the salmon at dinner (I think)

B:  turkey, feta and spinach

L:  chicken salad

S: light and fit& PB/kind bar

D: New York strip and Caesar salad

totals:  calories 925, protein 92g, fat 44g, carbs 41g

S: Light and Fit Caramel Machiatto Yogurt

D: Scrambled Egg, Verde and Cheese

My menu looks like a mess, but today is just one of those days when "snacky" foods sound so much better than any kind of "meal". The last 2 weeks have been hectic trying to get my kiddos back to some kind of routine and calmness. I havent had time to exercise and I can tell! Hoping to be able to get to the gym tonight for some elliptical and weights time. (Fingers Crossed)
