Good morning! Ah, technology can be so moody. Gotta love glitches. My son has his first cross country race tonight. I'm a nervous mama. I guess this is good practice for 2 weeks from now when both my son and daughter do their first triathlons!!

Good morning! Still unsure about the internet usage policy so stuck posting from my phone. My menu is a repeat from yesterday, swapping out beef for the salmon at dinner (I think)

My menu looks like a mess, but today is just one of those days when "snacky" foods sound so much better than any kind of "meal". The last 2 weeks have been hectic trying to get my kiddos back to some kind of routine and calmness. I havent had time to exercise and I can tell! Hoping to be able to get to the gym tonight for some elliptical and weights time. (Fingers Crossed)
