Yum.  I'm going to try that, with one change.  FF Half and Half for the heavy cream.  Looks great!

 Height: 5'7".  HW: 299, Program starting weight: 290, SW: 238, CW 138 - 12 pounds under goal!

So, there's a ghost in the machine or something because I somehow managed to take over Melissasue's post.  LOL  Sorry!  But your menu looks great!  LMAO

ETA:  I'm back!  We have these new rates being loaded for one of our carriers and of course, everything is a project that requires a meeting.  Just send me an e-mail for chrissakes.

Time since surgery:  Just over a year

B:  coffee, black bean burger, HB egg and a couple TB salsa.  I'm trying to shove this in my pie hole before I have to do more training with the new girl.  *eyeroll*

L:  the last of my ghetto crab salad with 1/2 oz. pork rinds

S:  veggie pizza protein puffs.  I don't usually have an afternoon snack, but I've found with my later schedule, I don't need a snack in the morning, but I'm pretty darn hungry in the afternoon.  So I swapped.

D:  shrimp ****tail, son!  I don't actually have the shrimp, but I can't stop thinking about it, so I'm stopping at Target on the way home!

Good Morning and Happy Thursday.

I have had some funky things happen here occasionally too. Keeps us on our toes. I feel kind of in a fog today so I hope this coffee I am drinking snaps me out of it.

Time since surgery: 11 months

B: SF latte, egg beaters with spinach and cheese, fruit (apple slices, and grapes)

S: Cinnamon raisin thin addictives and a laughing cow cheese wedge 

L: 1/2 Panera Strawberry poppyseed chicken salad (you don't even want to know how many times I had to type POPPY instead of POOPY!)

S: L&F Greek blueberry yogurt, and a SF iced latte made with Fairlife milk

D: Flat out pizza and artic zero 

S: No sugar added outshine bar

E: 1 hour cardio (even though I couldn't use "MY" elliptical today)

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1156 Protein:87 Carbs:138 Fat:32

They're Kay's Naturals; I got them from netrition.com.  They're not bad, and I love a crunchy snack, but I'm not sure I would buy them again.  Her chili nacho cheese chips are much better, imo.
