Good Morning!  I gotta run to a meeting, but I wanted to get the ball rolling! 

I'll post my menu in a little bit; it's still a mess.  LOL

Time since surgery: 3 months 2 weeks

B: 3/4c Fairlife skim milk, 1 scoop Syntrax

S: Light string cheese

L: 1/2 Chinese sausage, 1/4c zoodles with a tiny splash of toasted sesame oil

S: Dannon L&F Greek

D: Taco pie (didnt make this the other night because it was WAY to hot to use the oven)

Totals: Cals: 580  Protein: 72  Carbs: 19  Fat: 23

Water and vitamins going great.  I did a Zumba DVD in my bedroom last night.  I will either do another Zumba DVD when the kids go to bed or walk with the kiddos tonight.

Oh I remember trying to work out with little ones.  It's not easy.

L:  Leftover Pork Tenderloin & Watermelon

D: Unknown, didn't take anything out this morning so I may stop and pick up scallops or I can thaw out some shrimp.

S:  Mary's gone crackers and babybel light

Where in the market do you people find the smoked turkey sticks, are they with the meats or frozen foods?  I haven't looked for them yet, but they sound yummy!

I would have better luck nailing jell-o to a wall then trying to workout with the kids around! LOL

Bahahaha this is so my life! I have to get up super early to get a morning walk in without whinning 2 and 5yr olds lol

My husband leaves for work at 5am.  so in order for me to go in the morning I would have to go at like 3am. 

NOT going to happen! Lol
