After my very first appointment with the surgeon and nutritionist in October 2014 and started my weight loss journey, I made a promise to myself that when I lost at least 50 lbs. I'd buy myself something really awesome.  Had RNY on 4/8/15 and so far, I've lost a total of 67 lbs. (Yeah me!)  So Friday night while at the mall with my son, I gathered up my nerves wandered into Tiffany & Co. and bought myself a silver ring and it was delivered this afternoon!  I don't know if I was more excited about the ring or that pretty blue box!  Anyways, here's a couple pics.

Yay! I love Tiffany and everyone deserves to open a blue box at least once! I like that ring--what collection is it from? I wear a silver Tiffany Atlas band for a wedding ring. My husband got it for me when I previously lost 100 lbs and it was a size 7. I kept it on as I ballooned back up and had to get it cut off before surgery! The jeweler that cut it fixed it perfectly and now it's just a little too big. My ring finger went from an 11 to a 6 now.

Isn't it nice to walk into a jewelry store and not worry about them not having a ring big enough or your neck being too big for a necklace? I'm finding that a lot of mine are too long now. Man, I could talk about jewelry all day! What a nice present for yourself!
