What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning all! How is everyone faring this cloudy morning? I am currently staring at a pile of vitamins that I don't feel like taking. Some days are harder than others, amirite? LOL I'm also experiencing a little gastritis, so there's a famotidine in the pile, too. I don't get that weird empty feeling often, but I'm prepared for when I do.
My menu's kind of a mess, because as per the norm, I need to go grocery shopping. I'm also super pissed because my husband ate the last 3 of my Babybels last night. 3 of them. At once. Jerk. There was a perfectly good bag of tortilla chips sitting out and salsa in the fridge, but nooooo, he eats my cheese.

I started doing really low carb when I entered my program about 8 months before surgery. I am so used to it now.....
I have never heard of Old neighborhood Chinese sausage...hmmmmm sounds good.

Good morning,
I almost forgot, yesterday was my 3 month surgiversary! I've lost a total of 44 lbs since surgery, wi**** was more, but that dang umbilical hernia threw everything off at first. I do feel 100% better now that's over with.
My hospital has local support group in my area, last night was the first time I went. They had a couple of trainers from the Y who led us through a couple of rounds of circuit training. I loved it. I would seriously love to join the Y, but the family membership is kind of pricey. I may just get a single membership for now.
AV, I have to hide my babybels and laughing cow from my daughter or there are none left. She's gotten a bit better about not taking the last one or two. I don't mind if she chooses them for a snack, but never leave me without mine. It's a good thing she doesn't like my "Mary's gone Crackers" .
