I'm not big on breakfast either.  I drink a protein shake every morning that keeps me satisfied and then I'm fine to start my dense proteins with lunch.  Good luck!

I never said it would be easy. I said it would be worth it.

I have a big cup of tea and wait until I'm really very hungry. Then breakfast about 11AM; supper about 4:30-5:30PM. Occasionally I'll have a small snack if supper is beyond then, or if we eat early I'll sometimes have one later, but at five months out I'm still usually eating two meals. I always have a large drink first and wait until I'm very hungry.

I have found myself having the same problem. So I drink lemon and ginger tea and wait 30 to 40 minutes and then try to eat. Eggs are no longer an option for me, gives me gas for days.

In order to succeed, we must first believe that we can.

Might have to get myself some Hot Tea to drink in the morning. Not a coffee drinker, maybe a hot beverage will help. My pouch was still unhappy this morning with some chicken I ate yesterday afternoon. Still a newbie, trying to learn my new reality. :)

I have trouble with eggs also. Don't know why.

In the morning a drink of ice water takes a long time to go down. My NUT said maybe an abundance of mucus may be clogging my little pouch hole early in the am. Hot coffee seems to go down much faster in the am. A cold protein shake also takes a long time to go down.

I am happy. Down approx. 125lbs. Labs look good.
