What's on your menu, (Photo) Friday?
Happy Surgiversary!!!! Only 24 lbs. to goal... you've got this!!! Isn't it so awesome to think where you were just a year ago. I know your son and your husband must be so proud of you.
And, I have got to try these 34 Degree crackers you speak of... but, I wonder if they will be a trigger item for me?? Hmmm... will have to ponder that one!
I found them at WalMart by the deli. They aren't like a Ritz or anything...mmm, Ritz. They're more like rice crackers, so for me I'm not tempted to nom the whole box. The serving size is pretty substantial, too: 9 crackers for 50 calories, 2 gms protein and 11 carbs, which is totally doable.
Happy Surgiversary! Mine is next week, so I am so with you - now is not the time to slack off or falter. Expecting some photos to be posted :) Hope you like those pork rinds, let me know if they are any good...

Good morning! This weekend is my hubby's birthday and it's a milestone so we will be celebrating more than once :) Today is a cookout for our family and then tomorrow is crabs with my hubby's family. Protein is the key! Hoping I will have no room for anything else.
This picture is one that my daughter posted to twitter while we were on vacation last week. She took my picture on the beach and then found a picture of me from a trip to Charleston to visit her about a year and a half ago. It's crazy to me to even look at these pictures.
My biggest pet peeve(s) are people chewing with their mouth open and people snapping/cracking their gum. Both of these things make me absolutely crazy. Like fingernails on the chalk board.
