YIPPEE!! 3 lbs in two days, wicked awesome Nikki!  Glad you are feeling better too!  No scale movement for me but loving this low carb challenge!  I stayed within my 47 carbs from yesterday too!  I do think I need to drink more water though, it has been hot & humid here the last few days and I exercise a lot so I think my "8" glasses of water are not really cutting it, its on my list of things to do!!  Enjoy the run & swim!

OMG I LOVE cheese curds, I can't get enough of them, my husband hates them which is fine by me, all the more of the golden cheddar nuggets for me!!

B: two vanilla hazelnut coffees with 1% Lactose free milk and Oikos Vanilla Greek Yogurt & 1/2 GNC Lean Protein Shake Banana Cream

L: 3.5 oz pad thai chicken & veggies (home-made without the noodles) and Oikos Coconut Greek Yogurt

S: 2 tbsp spicy guacamole with red pepper strips and Protein Hot Chocolate

D: 3.5 oz of rib eye steak and 1/2 cup green beans

S: two hard boiled eggs with Salt & Pepper

V/W: vits done, calcium on alarms, need more water!

TOTALS: 1194 calories, 44 carbs, 114 protein, 59 fat

E: 5 km jog at lunch, 5 km jog when I get home, then 5 km hike with dogs later in the evening when the sun goes down/cooler out

OMG Oreos... friggin love those suckers, but can't, would totally put me in a sugar coma!!  But yes, funny how we see in words what we want to see!

Its really sunny and somewhat cool here today so going to maximize on the running today.   Friday hubby and I are going to a wedding of his cousin's and I won't be doing any formal exercise, dancing yes but not jogging so doing what I can now!

Good morning I was hoping someone was going to post. I would have but I know as soon as I did so would someone else. I have to say I did walk 2.4 miles last night without dying. I was going to walk more then I decided don't pu**** since I haven't really exercised that much recently. I found a new good snack or so called meal. I take plain yogurt PB2 and mix sugar-free banana syrup in it. It was really good. I bought Blue Diamond chocolate dusted almonds with sea salt they are really good. I have to hide them from myself.

B:Egg whites with ham

L:Burger with dill relish

S:Dried snap peas. Let's just say they are a trigger food they are in the garbage now. Blue diamond almonds and maybe a yogurt later

D:Turkey tenderloin with cream cheese and ranch seasoning in the crock pot a friend gave me the idea yesterday. I am going to get some chili peppers to put on it to. It's all in a crock pot. Gotta love the crock pot.

Vitamins are in. I am going to walk again tonight. Last night I kept telling myself this is my time. It is my time. It was for me.

Way to keep up the exercise!  Those dried snap peas are so good but I can eat the whole bag... damn slider foods!

Your turkey sounds good! I have got to do more crockpot recipes. So, what you mixed up the cream cheese and seasoning and put it over the turkey? Was there any other liquid... like water or stock? It sounds good, let us know how it turns out.

No stock. Mix cream cheese with ranch dressing mix then add the canned chopped chili peppers. A jar of salsa. That's pretty much it. Just on low all day. Depending on your crock pot.

Hey, everyone... I did add some cherries to my menu yesterday so that bumped me up carb wise, but I didn't eat any crackers!  Yay!

So, today, I just worked the cherries into my menu because I know I am not going to be able to resist them until they are gone (and it's a darn 3 lb bag from Sam's)... I will not buy them again or if I do, I will buy a MUCH smaller bag.

My menu today:

B1 and B2: Tea, SugarLeaf and 1 Frigo cheese stick

L: a 2.5 oz combo of grilled shrimp and scallops from last night, 1/4 cup of cucumbers

D: 3 oz of baked pork chop with a small salad/2 tablespoons of 3 cheese ranch dressing

S: 2 hard boiled eggs (whites only), 1/2 cup frozen cherries (after work and exercise) and after dinner, salted caramel flavored protein ice cream

Totals:  Calories - 785, Protein - 73, Carbs - 49, Sugar - 38, Fats - 32

On track for vitamins and water. Exercise will be walking Zoey (I have found that putting her on leash makes me walk faster, even though she is good on leash and doesn't pull or anything). We went further yesterday than ever... so we will push a little more each day. And, she is loving the exercise, time together and the new smells. I walk her on the path around our pond and we are going to venture further into the fields on the farm next to us.

Everyone have an awesome day!!
