Ok, I can't hold out any longer! I miss you all. Day 3 of the low carb challenge. Yesterday I managed 47 carbs. I have also lost 3 lbs in 2 days. I haven't seen this type of movement in forever. Woot woot!

Good Morning! Great job on the carbs...that's just awesome. Had a fantastic day at the beach yesterday and planning to enjoy the last day of my mini vacation (at least I only have a 2 day work week!). I did manage to eat really well yesterday(tried ahi tuna and loved it and just took 2 bites of my daughter's clam chowder) and got over 20,000 steps and an hour of tandem bike riding!

Good morning and congrats on the weight loss!! Things have been so hectic here that I haven't had time to check my totals. Since I have lost weight, I have all this energy and now I can't seem to sit still. I am always busy. I can't seem to clean enough.
Breakfast: light and fit yogurt and 1/2 premier shake
lunch: 2 slices salami with a slice of Colby cheese wrapped around a pickle
Dinner: salad, 1.5 oz shredded buffalo chicken and shredded cheese
Snacks: premier protein
