I clocked in at 55; went for a veggie burger instead of the meatloaf.     My protein was pretty low, too.  I vow to do better today!!

So, the doctor took a bunch of blood last night to run some more tests, including Lyme.  He put me on a different antibiotic just in case and is having me go back at the end of the week to go over the labs.  If they turn up nothing, I'll be getting some x-rays and a Doppler to rule out DVT.  Fun times.  Then this morning I managed to knock over a full travel mug of coffee on my way out the door.  Who knew plastic could shatter?  LOL

Time since surgery:  almost 1 year

B:  coffee and a Friendship Fit to Go 4% cottage cheese

S:  Click Mocha!

L:  Buffalo chicken salad with rosemary 34 degree crackers and a cheese stick

D:  Beef/venison meatloaf and steamed green beans

TOTALS:  Cals:  851  Protein:  82  Carbs:  48  Fat:  33

Woo, low carb challenge!  Woo!

I say 55 is great!  Think how much fat you saved by choosing veggie over meatloaf.

So happy to hear the doctor did a full work up with labs and antibiotics.  We need you healthy!!

Glad you got to the doctor! Seems like he is going to track down this mystery! And yes, plastic can shatter. But, usually only when you are running late and really need the coffee.

Hope the rest of your day is calm.

good luck with the doctor AV and find out what the heck is wrong, fingers crossed its something easy to fix.  I would lose my mind if I 1. shattered my fav travel mug, and 2. wasted a whole travel mug of coffee. I do have a bit of a coffee obsession... I just picked up some new Kcups on the weekend, pumpkin spice flavour and I only got 12 kcups to limit myeslf, but I think since Saturday I only have 3 left, and its just me drinking them.  I could drink coffee all day long, but I limit myself to 3 a day, should be less but I just LOVE the taste of flavoured coffee.

You know I LOVE meatloaf and I never make it, my husband hates it so its never in my house. My Mom makes it all the time so when I go out to my folks place I get "mom's meatloaf", to die for !! LOL LOL
