What's on your menu, Thursday?
Miss you AV leading the troops :) although Mamata2 is doing a great job. :) Saw this and immediately thought of you as you frequently put them on your menu... I personally have never eaten a pork rind in my life, but never knew these existed...
Microwave pork rinds
Tell me what you think....

Congratulations on hitting goal!!! I know you have to be dancing on air!
If I could give younger Lourie advice, I would tell her to have more children. I only have one and love him to death but I did him (and myself) a disservice by not having more. I grew up in a large family and while you can love and hate your family, most times they have your back! Oh well, hindsight is 20/20, as they say. I am considering when I get done with me, maybe fostering... we will see. I just might get some more dogs... they are more loving than people, sometimes!! LOL

Everyone have a most excellent day!!!!
My mom grew up in a family of 12 kids and only had 2. She says she regrets not having more children. I only had 2 as well and i can't imagine having anymore, but my husband and I do talk about fostering. I think its such a great thing to do. The world needs more people that are willing to open there homes to children in need. Although more dogs are always good too!
Good Morning and way to go Nikki-congrats on both things-keep up the great work!
