This is a question for the ladies. Did you ladies see any drastic changes in your menstrual cycle? Did you get menstrual cycles with all the fluctuations in hormones and small amount of food taken in? I'm just curious.

I had surgery on June 12th and am a week late on my period. I was wondering if this was normal?

I had normal periods right up to my surgery, which was on February 9th.  Haven't had one since.  However, I'm 53, and just took a hormone test.  The shock of the surgery and weight loss threw me right into menopause.  Guess I was on the cusp anyway.  And, the doc warned me this might happen.

I haven't had a single period since surgery either. I guess it's not that unusual.

People keep asking if I've peed on a stick. All I end up with is a lot of disgusting firewood.

My last period came on June 4th.  My surgery was June 12, and my second surgery June 21.  I still have not seen my period yet.

I had surgery on Feb.3 and the first one came 5 days later. Then I have had 2 per month since then. No need for me to pee on a stick. I am tired of having them but now they are every 3-4 weeks instead of every other. Sucks

I had my surgery on 3/3/15 My periods were very irregular before surgery due to PCOS.  I am now 4 months out and starting at about a month after surgery my periods come every 5 weeks on the dot.  Even though I have  had all the children I am wanting to have It is nice to know that my hormones are pretty regular for now.
