Goals for July- still over 1/2 a month left?
Hey, thought I would start a post for those to write their goals down for each month and really commit!
I will go first:
Lose 6 more pounds by the Aug 5 (next surgeon appt)
Read new book: Food: the good girl's drug
Work up to 6.5 miles on the stationary bike per day (at 5-5.8 now)
Look into new avenues for working out- It's a million degrees here- not going to walk outside just yet!

Goals for the rest of July:
1. Walk at least 15000 steps a day (using my fit bit)
2. Log in my calories every day. Stay under 1000.
3. Lose 1-2 lbs a week.
4. Clean up clutter in house.

My goals:
Lose at least 5 more lbs before my August 5 surgeon & nut appt.
Read one non-fiction book; I read tons of fiction, but not too much non-fiction.
Clean out my closet and dresser; get rid of all clothes that no longer fit, donate whatever is still on good shape.
Paint (or motivate hubby to paint) front and side exterior doors and trim.
Increase walking mileage. Still can't do anything else for two more weeks; had hernia surgery 4 weeks ago, am not supposed to "work out" for 6 weeks.
