Nearly 4 years after surgery... a two-week trip to the desert southwest with a huge hike......

I hiked up a mountain in Albuquerque Friday, La Luz trail. I have to repeat that... I Hiked Up a Mountain. A real mountain, 10 miles, 6 hours, with a 4000 foot elevation gain.

And here is me... the triumphant hiker...

Nearly four years after getting my life back... I Hiked Up a Mountain (and hiked partway down the Grand Canyon, and biked the Rio Grande River, and rafted, and...)

If I can do this, anyone can do this. Really.
