Fast food and eating out
Hi,
I have eaten burgers without the bun. And grilled chicken salads that you can find almost everywhere. My favorite things are Wendy's chili and Chick fil a grilled nuggets.

Here are a few options:
Subway - chopped chicken salad - no crutons
Wendy's - chili. Grilled chicken sandwich (Get extra lettuce and tomato and take it apart so you don't have to eat bread)
McDonalds - Asian salad w/ grilled chicken (skip the dressing - the chicken has a little sauce on it).
Applebees - Thai shrimp salad (dressing on the side - I have about a tsp. for flavor). Or other item from the "under 550 calorie " menu which will cover 2 or 3 meals for you.
Stop at a convenience store - cheese stick, 2 pack of hard boiled eggs, pre cut fruit
And of course, keep a little cooler bag ready to go!
