Thank you.  I started having back pain on Thursday of last week.  Saturday early morning I awoke crying becaus the pain was so bad.  I finally went to Urgent Care on Saturday morning.  I was having back spasms (new to me) and had to be injected with Toradol and was given a rx for muscle relaxers.  The muscle relaxers knocked me off my butt, so I slept all but a few hours this weekend.

But, my back feels better today (just a slight tightness in my neck).  Thank you all for being concerned.

OMG Nikki! I am so sorry to hear this!  I had back spasms about two months ago, it was debilitating (grabbed something heavy while I was twisting!  Toradol is excellent and glad you got some relief and got some much needed rest.  Sometimes our bodies just say no and that's it you are forced to rest!!  Ho****er bottle, heating pad or one of those "Magic Bags" that you can heat in the microwave may help with your tight neck.  Feel better!!
