Pain and tingling

For the last 3 days I have been having these weird pains throughout my abdomen.  They come and go.  Feels like a needle stabbing me over and over.  Sometimes when it hits, it almost shocks me with the pain.  No warning at all.  Now I am feeling nauseated.  But different nausea then my normal everyday eating nausea.  I don't have a fever but it is getting worse or at least the pains that have hit today are worse then they were yesterday.  Do you think it could be something wrong with me from the bypass? I have a feeding tube and I am 14 months post op.  

I have no opinion to offer about what might be wrong, but would like to strongly encourage you to contact your surgeon as soon as possible.  Better to be safe than sorry.
