hey guys I had my surgery on the 8th. Can any of you give me tips how to get all my meds and vitamins in please.

It's alot of planning at the beginning but you need to plan out a schedule.  Pay attention to what can't go with other things like iron with calcium...synthroid with anything etc.  Your pharmist will be able to give you help with this and perhaps suggest a good doset (plastic divided case for meds).  It should become less complicated as time goes on if your med needs reduce.  But yea it feels like  every waking minute is spent looking at the clock and putting something in your mouth.

This is what I take:

6 am. Multi vitamin, Omeprazole

9 am.  2 calcium citrate with D3

12 noon. 2 calcium citrate with D3

3 pm. 2 calcium citrate with D3

6 pm  B12 sublingual

9 pm. 2 carbonyl iron 

 

HW 264    SW 234    CW 149    5'4"
