Yay!!  Vacation!!! Have loads of fun. Try to keep foods around that you can eat. I know you do a lot of shakes and know how to snack with good food. Just remember, if you are in more restaurants than usual, you can be good... even in fast food.

I am so jealous... hope you are going somewhere fun.

I am bringing my syntrax powder and shaker bottle.  Also bringing yogurt/cheese sticks etc!  I am such a stickler for rules (NERD ALERT) that I know I wont stray from my plan...even while eating out!!  I know that will get harder and harder as I get further out from surgery, but right now I am not tempted ;)

So impressed you reached your goal within a year. Especially because weight loss can slow up the smaller you are. Great job!

Good morning:

Happy Surgiversary Mamata!

My surgery was 4/20/15 at Tufts University Medical Center in Boston, with Dr. Sahjani Shah.  I loved my two day hospital stay, the staff there is incredible.

B: 1 organic egg and 1 slice american cheese

L:  Leftover steak (2 oz) and 2 oz mixed roasted vegetables (cauliflower, onion and mushroom).  Hubby did a great job making dinner last night.

D:  ?  I didn't take anything out so probably deli turkey or ham w/ laughing cow wedge and saltines

S:  Jello sf pudding

W/V started

Exercise:   Hmmm, banged my knee up pretty good the other day while doing something stupid, so walking may or may not happen.

Have a great day everyone!

Slowing does not mean stopping!  Keep to your plan and the weight will continue to come off :)
