Lack of support

You are right in posting your concerns because a strong support system is important.  You are right in wanting support to come from the people closest to you.  You are right in having the positive drive to move forward.  My apologies for replying like a babbling brook instead of replying like true support...sheesh. You summed it up the best and how I should have--I'm sure he will come around sooner or later and the two of you can celebrate!
