You echo my hubby! I tried ti rationalize with him last night that if it doesn't hurt when I am on the elliptical then it should be ok (me...stubborn...no!) But I like to idea of walking so I can at least get my 10,000 steps in (I am on a streak since October!).

Geez, AV, falling down on the job

I love the water, but I don't really swim. I WANT to swim for exercise, but I just don't have the confidence, especially at my Y where the people swimming laps seem to be super serious. One day I might do a couple lessons to get my groove. I mean I took lessons as a kid and I wouldn't drown if you dropped me in the pool but, you know what I mean!

For me, Quest bars were much better before surgery. Now, they are okay in a pinch, but they don't light me up like before.  LOL

I feel about the same about the quest bars, but I had to say, that's OK with me.  I can keep them in my house if I need them for an emergency or a travel day, and I don't feel compelled to eat them because they taste amazing (like the Kind bars!!! Those I can get addicted too...)

I like to be able to maintain something for Just in case reasons...

Good rainy Wednesday morning,

I love to swim, so do both of my daughters, we are a bunch of fish in my family.  I learned to swim from my older sister and my aunt, my mother was not a swimmer.  I started my girls with lessons from the time they were 3 until about 8.  Both are strong swimmers.

Feeling so much more like myself today, going to treat myself to a pedicure this afternoon.

B:  Premier Protein Shake

L:  Leftover meatloaf

D:  Chicken Thigh and roasted cauliflower
