Good morning. Funny you mention Ray Bradbury. I just bought a book called Something Wicked this way comes. I thought I was buying the movie. It is a very odd movie. Have not read the book but plan to. It is going to rain here again today and into the weekend. I try to be positive since if we have the rain we won't have forest fires. 

Good luck waiting. I hate to wait. I am a I want everything done yesterday kind of person.

B:Chiboni tube yogurt to take my vitamins then about a hour later a Powerade Zero. Then my usual egg whites with ham steak and some cheese

L:Shrimp salad from Costco

D:Flank steak burrito bowl

S:Yogurt with some blueberries

Water is going down. I had to get up at five today. I know my butt will be dragging later. Vitamins are in for the morning

Good morning all. Cashews and string cheese sounds like an awesome dinner to my, AV. 

I'm loving this holiday week. Most of my Board is out of town so I'm not getting a thousand unplanned meeting requests - yippee! I literally did not have a single meeting yesterday and I was SO productive. Lately I've been feeling like I have so many meetings I don't actually have time to DO what is planned in those meetings, so frustrating!

Time since surgery: 15 months

B: Chobani tube and a Wake Up Wrap (I had been planning to make an omelet but then I ran out of time :-\)

S: coffee, L&F with sliced almonds - still loving the tiramisu flavor!

L: turkey sloppy joe, string cheese, granola thin

S: turkey sticks and a diet Snapple

D: TJ's chicken sausage

S: popcorn and a froyo bar

TOTALS: Calories 1116, Protein 78, Carbs 94, Fat 48 < - everything is slow low today, I need to get some more protein in somehwere, will probably add a hardboiled egg at some point

V/W: started

E: 2 mile walk this morning, BodyPump night (I didn't get to go last week and I'm so looking forward to tonight!)

I never understand scheduling meetings ALL DAY, how are you supposed to get any work done?  I love it when we talk about work that we need to get done in a meeting called because the work isn't done... (note sarcasm).

I also think cashews and string cheese sound yummy!

Good morning,

Hooray the sun is shining today, I'm feeling better than I was yesterday and I slept  for a whole 6 hours last night. That is indeed progress.  My plan is to sit outside and read for at least a couple of hours today, because tomorrow it's going to rain again and I am so pale I disappear against the white walls in this house. (reminder to self: look at paint chips again).

Yesterday's food didn't go as planned, my pouch was kind of whiny yesterday, eating leftover sausage at lunch didn't help.  So dinner was yogurt after all.

Today's menu

B:  Jay Robb Protein Powder Shake

L:  Egg Salad

D:  Meatloaf that I didn't make last night and green beans

S:  SF jello pudding of course
