Pre op classes
It isn't long now! Use this week to do things around the house (extra cleaning, clearing out the refrigerator, making sure you are current on laundry, etc.) so you can return to a clean home after your surgery. It will be a nice emotional boost, and your energy level might not be very good for a couple of weeks, so you might not feel like doing those kinds of things for a while.
Also, be sure that you have plenty of liquids for post-op, including SF Popsicles and chicken/beef stock/broth (the stock has more protein than broth). Some people have trouble with drinking plain water post-op, so having options for drinks can be very helpful.
