Oh-needer-land! For the first time since I was 18!

This morning I weighed in at 199.6! I haven't been under 200 lbs since my senior year of high school, and that was just a quick dip to about 185 after losing 80 lbs on a crash diet. I celebrated this morning with a 28.6 mile bike ride. The 29-mile Tour de Cure ride I'm doing through the American Diabetes Association next month is seeming more and more possible!

BTW, does anyone else see the word "onederland" and always think of the "Oneders" from the movie That Thing You Do?

Congrats!!

I LOVE that movie..and yes, I do often think of the "O-nee-ders" when I see Onederland.

I woke up in between a memory and a dream...

I've never heard of the movie or what Oh-needer-land means, either.  What do I know?  If I'd bike 29 miles like you, my chances of 199 would increase : /

I have not seen the movie, but Sounds like you are doing nice big things.  Congrats on your success. I look forward to hearing the update after the event.  continue to press forward and stay strong, these words encourage me and I am ready to take on new adventures after my surgery.
