I see these shortened terms and am always curious that I'm missing out on something!

I never said it would be easy. I said it would be worth it.

I used it on may last conventional diet - 4 years ago.  But not I'm 6 months post surgery and I'm still not feeling I need it.

Are you able to go to a support group at your surgeon's office - if so, you can ask where/when this would fit in your food future.

Best of everything,

Sharon

How do you prepare/use it?

You can add a tiny bit of water to reconstitute it and get it back to peanut butter consistency or you can use it in powder.  I love to throw some in with chocolate whey powder and milk to make shakes.  Tastes like a peanut butter cup and adds a bit of extra protein too.
