I met my husband online in 1995 before AOL even existed haha. We may have been one of the first internet marriages...

Oh!  I am a creature of habit, so when I find something I like, I beat it into the ground.  LOL  The black bean burger is Morningstar Farms in the freezer section.  They also have Mediterranean Chickpea and Tomato Basil Pizza burgers; both good.

The Buffalo chicken salad is something I adapted from Anny's original recipe she shared:

1 can chunk chicken breast

6 oz. plain Greek yogurt (or one of those individual cups)

2.5 oz.  crumbled bleu cheese (this is half of a Treasure Cave container, usually by the deli)

1/2 packet ranch seasoning

diced onion/celery

Franks hot sauce to taste; I use a good 6 or 7 splashes.

Yum!

Sending hugs your way on the 10 yo girl drama.  Why are girls so mean?

Thanks, and even though I hate to admit it-it was my girl being the mean one this time! I am angry and embarrassed!

So, you can nip it in the bud! At least she will learn now what is right and wrong... everyone makes mistakes! Hopefully, everything worked out with no one's ego being too bruised.
