Hello, all!

This is my first summer off in three years so I want to spend it getting back on track with my eating and exercise.  Could anyone share with me your workout routine?  I really want to get off this plateau.

I ride my bike with a riding buddy a minimum of 5 more like 10 miles a day. Everyday rain or shine . I love it. I think the secret is to find something you enjoy and it is more fun to do it with soneone

I am about almost 3 months out, so exercising is steadily increasing more and more each week.  For now, my workout includes:

2 days of spin class

1 day of body pump class

1 day of an hour on the elliptical

2 days of walking outside or on the treadmill.

I hope to increase more strength training, but so far this gradual start is working well for me.

Good luck and congrats on a summer off!
