Caffeine after surgery??

My program just said not for 3 weeks because of the vasoconstriction and dehydration risk (although I'm not sure I buy that one since it's such a mild diuretic in the first place). However, the only caffeine I ever drank was diet soda, so I've probably kicked the caffeine habit for good.

I was never told that, but I also had surgery 9 years ago. I drink caffeine pretty much daily.. all sorts of forms and am fine.

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
