When it comes to Flintstone's vitamins, yes, I am saying I know better than your surgeon.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

M1 -24; M2 -21; M3 -19; M4 -21; M5 -13; M6 -21; M7 -10; M8 -16; M9 -10; M10 -8; M11 -6; M12 -5.

I take the flu stone chewable a too... Well the Target brand but that's what my nutritionist suggested.

I have just stuck eith the bariatric advantage ones. I guess I just stick to what I know. I am sure your dr and nut know too.

Vitamins are an important part of my post-op lifestyle.  My surgeon recommends vitamins that do not contain ingredients from China.  I buy Opurity vitamins from Unjury.  I had problems with the Celebrate vitamins because they are sweetened with sugar alcohols and gave me gas and diarrhea. 

I have a vitamin organizer with pill organizers for each day of the week.  It has an alarm that reminds me when a dose is due. 

I love being slim and healthy and am careful not to jeopardize that.
